Napoli Foodstuff produces a range of fresh pasta. The collection includes thin & rounded ones like spaghetti to flat-ribbonette types such as pappardelle. Available plain, flavored in colored formats or infused in squid ink.

Spaghetti

This pasta is best served with light seafood sauces, cream or oil based sauces.

Tonarelli

This pasta is famous for the Roman dish, cacio e pepe, where it is served with black pepper & grated Pecorino Romano cheese.

Tagliolini

A variety of tagliatelle that is long & cylindrical in shape.

Linguine

Traditionally served with pesto & other tomato or fish-based sauces as well. Available in squid-ink infused format.

Fettuccine

Flat, thick pasta that is classically served with beef or chicken ragu until recipes evolved & fettuccine alfredo has become popular. Available in colored format: beetroot-flavored, spinach-flavored or squid-ink infused.

Tagliatelle

Flat, ribonnete pasta that can be served with a variety of sauces but classically with meat sauces like bolognese sauce. Available in colored format: spinach-flavored & squid-ink infused

Pappardelle

Very broad, ribbon-like pasta that can be paired up with a variety of sauces and meats.

Lasagna Sheet

A wide flat pasta that can be layered for favorite lasagna recipes.
