Our ravioli collections feature a variety of fillings from meat, cheeses to vegetables. From the classic ricotta e spinaci of Emilia-Romagna, or the favorite winter dish ravioli di zucca of northern Italy to bolder and more varied regional flavors.

Tortelli

This is one of the varieties of Italian stuffed pasta that are traditionally served. Our collection comprises of tortello twisted into a rounded hat-like shape and can be found in different sizes. Fillings also vary from the classic to local flavors and to exclusive menu selections.

Cannelloni

These are large reed-like and approximately more than 4 inches  long. The pasta sheet is carefully rolled into a tube that wraps around the filling. Popular stuffings are ricotta & spinach or minced beef. They are commonly served oven-baked with tomato sauce or bechamel on top.
